"Holy" adalah single kedua Justin Bieber setelah album kelimanya, Changes, dirilis bertepatan dengan Hari Valentine pada 14 Februari 2020. Sebelum ini, suami Hailey Baldwin ini meluncurkan "Stuck with U" bersama Ariana Grande pada 8 Mei 2020.
Manajer Justin Bieber, Scooter Braun, menyebut bahwa sang penyanyi tengah masuk ke era baru. Dalam ulasan San Moore untuk NME, kesan yang ditampilkan adalah, musik dan lirik Bieber akan lebih religius. Namun, jika melihat video dan lirik "Holy" pesan lain yang tak kalah kuat muncul adalah pengakuan cinta aku lirik kepada sang kekasih.

Video musik "Holy" yang disutradarai Colin Tilley disebut oleh Justin Bieber lebih sebagai film, alih-alih video musik biasa. Dalam video berdurasi 5 menit 28 detik tersebut, Bieber dikisahkan sebagai buruh perusahaan minyak yang hidup susah bersama sang kekasih (diperankan oleh Ryan Destiny), yang bekerja sebagai perawat panti jompo.
Masalah besar menimpa pasangan tersebut. Mandor perusahaan tersebut mengumumkan, karena krisis akibat pandemi virus Corona, para buruh dirumahkan.
Dalam kondisi galau, sembari mengenang sang kekasih, Bieber hendak pulang. Namun, mobilnya tak mau hidup. Akhirnya, Bieber hanya bisa berjalan kaki. Sementara itu, sang kekasih harus menerima kenyataan pahit, salah satu orang yang dirawatnya meninggal dunia.
Tidak punya uang, Bieber dan kekasihnya juga harus pergi dari motel yang selama ini mereka tinggali. Berjalan kaki bersama tanpa tujuan, mereka beruntung ketika ada seorang tentara (diperankan Wilmer Valderrama) yang mengendarai mobil pulang ke rumah, melihat Bieber dan sang kekasih.
Tentara itu mengajak pasangan tadi untuk menginap di rumahnya, menikmati santapan hangat, melupakan hari-hari berat yang baru saja dilalui. Mereka berbahagia dalam doa, lalu dalam keheningan kamar, bersyukur masih bisa bersama hingga titik tersebut.
Hingga Senin (21/9/2020), video musik "Holy" oleh Justin Bieber featuring Chance The Rapper sudah ditonton 25.074.000 kali di Youtube sejak tayang perdana pada Jumat (18/9). Video ini duduk di urutan 17 dalam trending Youtube.
