Seleksi Kompetensi Tambahan (SKT) PPPK Sekolah Rakyat 2026 dijadwalkan pada 5–14 Agustus 2026. Ini sesuai dengan penyesuaian kedua jadwal seleksi yang tercantum dalam pengumuman nomor 2260/1/KP.01.01/06/2026 yang dirilis Kementerian Sosial (Kemensos) RI pada 23 Juni 2026 lalu.

Pelamar posisi Jabatan Fungsional Guru pada seleksi PPPK Sekolah Rakyat 2026 ini sebanyak 13.279 orang untuk 3.053 formasi. Sedangkan pelamar di posisi Tenaga Kependidikan yakni sebanyak 148.252 orang untuk 5.127 formasi.

Setelah melakukan Seleksi Kompetensi CAT dan hasilnya diumumkan pada 31 Juli 2026 lalu, kini peserta akan melangsungkan SKT. Pengumuman jadwal pelaksanaannya terlebih dulu berlangsung pada 4 Agustus 2026.

Seleksi Kompetensi Tambahan merupakan tahap seleksi terakhir dari rangkaian seleksi PPPK Sekolah Rakyat 2026. Setelah melangsungkan tes, akan ada pengumuman hasil SKT dan periode masa sanggah hingga pengumuman final seleksi ini.

SKT formasi Jabatan Fungsional Guru terdiri dari Psikotes, Tes Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris, dan Tes Wawancara. Berikut ini penjelasannya:
