Hanya saja, lagu Collide yang viral di TikTok sudah mendapatkan sentuhan baru. Alunannya dibikin lebih cepat dari tempo aslinya. Lagu tersebut turut dipakai sebagai suara latar dari berbagai postingan video dance cover di TikTok.
Kata "collide" memiliki arti gerakan saling bertabrakan atau beradu. Lirik lagu Collide bertema seputar masalah percintaan dengan kisah tentang asmara dari sepasang kekasih yang sudah mengenai satu dengan lainnya cukup lama. Mereka lantas menghabiskan malam bersama.
Justine Skye adalah penyanyi 27 tahun dari Amerika Serikat yang cukup aktif mengeluarkan karya musik. Dirinya sudah mempunyai dua album studio, Ultraviolet (2018) dan Space & Time (2021).
Selain itu, Justine juga merilis empat album mini (EP) berjudul Everyday Living (2013), Emotionally Unavailable (2015), 8 Ounces (2016), dan Bare with Me (2019). Dari karya tersebut, album Bare with Me dan Darkside merupakan album kompilasi.
