Berdasarkan raportyang sudah diperoleh, wali murid bisa mengukur kemampuan dan capaian siswa di sekolah selama satu semester. Dengan begitu, wali murid memiliki acuan untuk mengevaluasi siswa dan memberinya motivasi sebelum memasuki tahun pelajaran baru.

Bagi pihak sekolah, pembagian raport bisa menjadi kesempatan mereka untuk bertemu dengan wali murid. Interaksi yang terjalin di antara kedua belah pihak dapat menjaga hubungan satu sama lain, di samping membahas perkembangan siswa dari segi akademik maupun non-akademik.

Contoh Pengumuman Pengambilan Raport dalam Bahasa Inggris

Pembagian raport merupakan agenda semesteran sekolah. Lokasi pembagian raport biasanya berada di sekolah terkait.

Wali murid akan diundang ke sekolah untuk mengikuti pembagian raport anak mereka. Agar informasi mengenai pembagian raport bisa diketahui oleh wali murid, pihak sekolah mesti menyebarkan pengumuman jadwal pembagian raport terlebih dahulu.

1. Contoh Pengumuman Pengambilan Raport Pertama

Please take note of the following schedule of distribution (9:00 AM to 4:00 PM):

June 24 (Wednesday) - Preschool and Lower School

June 25 (Thursday) - Middle School to Grade 7

June 26 (Friday) - Grade 8 to Senior High School

For more efficient and safer transaction, please take note of the following.

1. Make sure your child has fully accomplished his/her clearance. If unsure, you may contact your child’s adviser.
2. Bring your own ballpen.
3. Wear face mask at all times.
4. Transaction is done until the main entrance only.
5. Follow social distancing while waiting for your child’s report card.
6. Should anyone aside from the parents collect the report card, certificate and belongings, the Learner’s 2019-2020 school ID must be presented.

1. You will receive a claim stub where you write the Learner’s Name and Grade Level and Section of your child.
2. After giving the claim stub to the person in-charge, he/she delivers the claim stub to the adviser who will release the following: Report Card (only if clearance is fully accomplished), certificate of achievements if there is, and your child’s belongings. The adviser keeps the claim stub.
3. The person in-charge hands the report card, the certificate, and belongings to you. Kindly double check.

2. Contoh Pengumuman Pengambilan Raport Kedua

Respected Parents,

This is to inform you that the Report Cards will be distributed to the students on Wednesday 16 March, 2022. It is a day of compulsory attendance for the students. Report cards will be given only to those students who have paid the complete fees of the Academic Year – 2021-22.

Those students who have not cleared their fees would not be getting the report cards. Therefore, you are requested to bring along with you fee payment receipts of academic year – 2021-22 and show to the respective Class Teachers at the time of collecting the Report Cards.

THE SCHEDULE FOR COLLECTING THE REPORT CARDS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

09.00 am to 10.00 am Roll Nos.: 01 to 25

10.00 am to 11.00 am Roll Nos.: 26 onwards

Vision Academy Charter School invites you to access your child’s Q3 report card. This report card provides you with specific information about your child’s strengths, areas of improvement, academic progress, and attendance data.

Because we are operating remotely, Vision Academy will make all report cards accessible via our online portal (Infinite Campus). If you cannot access your Infinite Campus portal and need a digital or physical copy, please fill out this form. Families who already have access to their Infinite Campus accounts do not need to submit this form.

Every parent/guardian is highly encouraged to review these report cards with their child.
