Pekan lalu, BLACKPINK membuat sejarah saat album BORN PINK memulai debutnya di No. 1 di tangga lagu Top 200 Album Billboard yang terkenal (peringkat mingguan album paling populer di Amerika Serikat), menjadikan mereka artis K-pop wanita pertama yang pernah menduduki puncak tangga lagu tersebut.
Pada Minggu (2/10/2022) waktu setempat, Billboard mengumumkan bahwa BORN PINK tetap berada di chart di No. 4 untuk minggu yang berakhir pada 8 Oktober—menjadikannya album pertama oleh artis K-pop wanita mana pun dalam sejarah yang menghabiskan dua minggu di 5 besar Billboard 200.
Dengan pencapaian ini, BLACKPINK juga menjadi artis K-pop wanita pertama dalam sejarah yang memiliki dua album yang menghabiskan beberapa minggu di 10 besar Billboard 200.
Sementara itu, menurut Luminate (sebelumnya MRC Data), BORN PINK telah memperoleh penjualan total sebesar 40.000 unit album yang setara di minggu kedua di chart tersebut.
