tripleS merupakan girl group yang beranggotakan 24 anggota, dengan penambahan personel terakhir pada 8 Mei 2024 silam. Dalam video klip Rising, terdapat 10 anggota awal yang ditampilka, yaitu Yoon Seo Yeon, Jeong Hye Rin, Lee Ji Woo, Kim Chae Yeon, Kim Yoo Yeon, Kim Soo Min, Kim Na Kyoung, Gong Yu Bin, Kotone, dan Kwak Yeon Ji.
Mengutip dari Soompi, pengambilan judul Rising menceritakan kisah para gadis saat mereka menuju impian mereka, serta saling berbagi untuk dapat memberikan segalanya terhadap impian Anda.
Sementara dalam alunan video musik tersebut menggunakan genre musik EDM yang menunjukkan penampilan berbagai pesona yang berbeda tiap personil. Kemudian, pada awal video musik, disuguhkan dengan gaya hip-hop dari 10 anggota TripleS tersebut dengan hoodie dan jaket serba hitam.
