tirto.id - FIFA bekerja sama dengan beberapa musisi menciptakan 3 soundtrack resmi untuk menyemarakkan gelaran Piala Dunia 2022, yang berlangsung di Qatar mulai 20 November 2022. Ketiga lagu tersebut yakni "Hayya Hayya", "ARHBO", dan "Light the Sky". Hampir keseluruhan dari lagu-lagu tersebut menggunakan lirik berbahasa Inggris, meskipun ada beberapa bagian yang memakai bahasa Spanyol dan Arab.
"Hayya Hayya (Better Together)" menjadi lagu pengiring pertama yang diluncurkan FIFA, tepatnya 1 April 2022 lalu. Soundtrack ini merupakan kolaborasi dari beberapa musisi lintas negara yakni penyanyi R&B asal Amerika Serikat (AS) Trinidad Cardona, penulis lagu dan produser rekaman asal Nigeria Davido, serta bintang Qatar Aisha. Penyatuan musisi lintas negara itu pula yang diharapkan menjadi spirit dari gelaran Piala Dunia 2022.
Aransemen R&B produksi oleh RedOne menjadi warna utama lagu itu. Dilansir laman FIFA, penggubahan musiknya disebut-sebut sejalan dengan penggambaran Piala Dunia sebagai spirit kegembiraan festival olahraga. Tak hanya R&B, ketukan reggae yang turut dimasukan, terutama di bagian verse menuju reff, juga kian memperkaya lagu "Hayya Hayya".
Hampir keseluruhan lagu ini menggunakan lirik berbahasa Inggris. Penggalan lirik “Hayya, hayya” di bagian awal dan beberapa bagian lain, serta lirik “Oh-yo-yo-yo, oh” di bagian chorus, membuat lagu ini mudah diingat oleh para pendengar.
Menyusul "Hayya Hayya", lagu lain produksi RedOne berjudul "ARHBO" juga dirilis oleh FIFA pada Agustus 2022 lalu. Lagu ini merupakan kolaborasi 2 rapper yakni Maitre Gims asal Kongo dan Ozuna dari Kosta Rika.
Secara literal, ARHBO berasal dari bahasa slang lokal Qatar atau bahasa Arab Marhaba. ARHBO memiliki arti 'selamat datang' dan dimaknai sebagai semangat memperkuat persatuan. Musik dan sepak bola, sebagai bahasa yang universal, diharapkan bisa mewujudkan itu.
Tak kalah menghentak dari kedua soundtrack sebelumnya, lagu "Light the Sky" juga bakal memeriahkan gelaran Piala Dunia 2022 Qatar. Lagu produksi RedOne itu diisi 4 penyanyi perempuan. Keempat musisi itu yakni Emirati Balqees (Uni Emirat Arab), Nora Fatehi (Maroko), Manal (Kanada), serta bintang panggung asal Irak, Rahma Riad.
Di luar empat sosok utama dalam lagu itu, sosok-sosok perempuan lain juga ditonjolkan di klip video lagu "Light the Sky". Kemunculan lagu tersebut digunakan sebagai penanda momentum ditunjuknya 6 perempuan sebagai ofisial pertandingan Piala Dunia 2022, yang sekaligus menorehkan rekor di sejarah Piala Dunia.
Enam perempuan yang akan mengawal rangkaian laga Piala Dunia 2022 meliputi Stéphanie Frappart (Prancis), Salima Mukansanga (Rwanda), Yoshimi Yamashita (Jepang), Neuza Back (Brasil), Karen Díaz Medina (Meksiko), dan Kathryn Nesbitt (AS).
