tirto.id - Rapper Jessi merilis single digital "Zoom" pada Rabu, 13 April 2022. Ini merupakan single pertama Jessi sejak meluncurkan "Cold Blooded" pada Oktober 2021 lalu.
Lagu baru Jessi "Zoom" sendiri liriknya mengisahkan orang-orang masa kini yang tak bisa lepas dari telepon mereka.
Jessi sendiri kini memiliki jadwal yang padat karena kerap mengisi sejumlah acara variety show, seperti Sixth Sense dan Jessi's Showterview.
Penyanyi 33 tahun itu mengungkapkan caranya mengerjakan lagu baru di tengah jadwal yang padat.
"Saya sangat sibuk. Saya tidak istirahat. Saya sibuk di acara varietas dan syuting iklan, dan selalu ada hal yang saya lakukan. Kali ini (menyiapkan lagu baru) sangat sulit untukku," katanya seperti dikutip Antara.
Ketika ditanya apa yang ingin dia capai tahun ini, Jessi segera menjawab dia sangat ingin menggelar konser.
"Saya tak sabar sekali karena saya tak bisa manggung akibat COVID-19. Impian saya adalah bertemu semua penggemar saya di penjuru dunia lewat konser sebelum saya mati."
Pada Selasa (19/4/2022), musik video "Zoom" berhasil menduduki posisi ke-21 dalam trending music YouTube Indonesia dan telah 7,3 juta kali ditonton sejak dirilis.
