tirto.id - Lagu "Leave The Door Open" yang dinyanyikan oleh Silk Sonic berhasil menyabet penghargaan sebagai Song of The Year atau lagu terbaik di ajang bergengsi Amerika Serikat Grammy Awards yang ke-64.

Silk Sonic merupakan superduo R&B Amerika yang terdiri dari penyanyi Bruno Mars dan rapper dan penyanyi Anderson .Paak.

Duo ini merilis single debut mereka, "Leave the Door Open", pada Maret 2021.

Selain meraih gelar Song of The Year, lagu tersebut juga berhasil menyabet penghargaan sebagai Record of The Year.

“Kami benar-benar berusaha untuk tetap rendah hati pada saat ini. Tapi di industri ini kami menyebutnya sapu bersih," kata Anderson seperti dilansir dari The New York Times.

Grammy Awards 2022 diselenggarakan di MGM Grand Garden Arena, Las Vegas pada Minggu (3/4) waktu AS atau Senin (4/4) pagi waktu Indonesia.
