tirto.id - TXT merilis "Way Home" tepat pada Hari Valentine 14 Februari 2021. Dilansir Soompi, Sabtu (20/2/2021), TXT meluncurkan video musik "Eye Contact ver" untuk "Way Home".
Lagu ini merupakan B-side track dari album terbaru mereka minisode1: Blue Hour yang dirilis pada 26 Oktober 2020 dan menampilkan lagu utama Blue Hour.
Sebelum rilis pada 14 Februari, TXT membagikan foto teaser lagu ini pada 12 Februari, yang menampilkan grup berpakaian seperti siswa di ruang kelas, dan gambar tersebut menyertakan lirik dari lagu.
