“Girls” adalah trek dansa dengan goyangan bass yang kuat dan suara synth yang kasar. Liriknya mengungkapkan kelanjutan perjalanan aespa dan ae-aespa bersama naevis.
Menurut Hanteo Chart, mini album Girls terjual sebanyak 806.891 eksemplar pada tanggal 8 Juli saja.
Tidak hanya butuh satu hari untuk memecahkan rekor penjualan minggu pertama aespa sebelumnya sebesar 276.877 (Savage), tetapi Girls juga telah menetapkan rekor baru untuk penjualan hari pertama tertinggi oleh artis wanita dalam sejarah Hanteo.
Yang mana, rekor sebelumnya dipegang oleh BLACKPINK THE ALBUM, yang terjual 589.310 pada hari pertama penjualannya di tahun 2020. Selain itu, aespa telah menjadi artis wanita dengan penjualan minggu pertama tertinggi dalam sejarah Hanteo.
Bahkan termasuk boy group, aespa kini menjadi grup dengan penjualan hari pertama tertinggi keempat dalam sejarah Hanteo, hanya dikalahkan oleh BTS, SEVENTEEN, dan TXT.
