tirto.id - Girl group asuhan SM Entertainment, aespa telah merilis lagu “Dreams Come True” pada Senin (21/12/2021) pukul 16.00 WIB. Kini, lagu tersebut sudah bisa didengarkan di sejumlah platform musik seperti Melon, iTunes, Apple Music, Spotify, QQ Music, dan lain-lain.
Lagu “Dreams Come True” ini merupakan bagian dari Remastering Project yang dilakukan bersama oleh SM Entertainment dan YouTube. Yang mana, lagu ini merupakan lagu milik grup SES yang dirilis pada tahun 1998.
Sehingga, “Dreams Come True” yang dirilis oleh aespa ini menginterpretasikan ulang judul lagu dari album ke-2 yang dirilis oleh SES tersebut, dengan energi muda yang unik serta getaran hiphop.
Secara khusus, BoA, seorang senior di industri musik dan anggota senior agensi, secara aktif berpartisipasi dalam semua aspek termasuk produksi, koreografi, dan visual.
“Saya meningkatkan tingkat kesempurnaan dengan mengarahkan sehingga saya bisa melakukannya,” tutur BoA, seperti dikutip laman resmi SM Entertainment.
Kemudian, pada 23 Desember 2021 mendatang, konten original YouTube bertajuk Re:MASTERPIECE yang berisi proses remake dari lagu “Dreams Come True” bersama BoA dan aespa, akan dirilis melalui channel YouTube SMTOW.
